Defective or Damaged Books
In the unlikely event that your book arrives damaged or defective, we'll happily send you a replacement at no additional cost. We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a book that isn't in perfect condition, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Please note that we can only accept returns for books that are defective or damaged. This includes issues such as:
- Torn, missing, or damaged pages
- Printing defects or errors
- Damaged binding or cover
- Books received in poor condition due to shipping
How to Request a Return
If you've received a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply send an email with a brief description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the damage.
