Our Commitment to Quality

We take great pride in the quality of every book we send out. Each copy of Rosie, Ollie, and Patch's adventures is carefully checked before it leaves us, because we want every reader to enjoy the very best experience exploring our local treasures.

Defective or Damaged Books

In the unlikely event that your book arrives damaged or defective, we'll happily send you a replacement at no additional cost. We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a book that isn't in perfect condition, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

This includes issues such as:

  • Torn, missing, or damaged pages
  • Printing defects or errors
  • Damaged binding or cover
  • Books received in poor condition due to shipping

Other Returns

You may request a return for any other reason within the statutory 14 day cooling off period of non-customised books. The book must be returned in saleable condition.

This cooling-off period does NOT apply to customised books which are printed to-order. We can only replace personalised books if they are damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

If you want to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply send an email with a brief description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the damage.
